50 Plus Fellowship
A Fellowship
'Come and meet each other' might be one way of saying what happens at the Fifty-Plus Fellowship. And there is a chorus you might har sung there:
'Its a good way to get aquainted....
Goodbye that lonesome feeling,
Farewell wordly care....'
What happens?
We meet each Thursday for an hour that proves entertaining and informative. It includes a short devotional slot and singing. There are occasional outings.
Light refreshments (tea and coffee) are served from 1:00 pm. The meeting starts at 1:30 in the Community Hall.
The fellowship comes under the leadership of Chris and Michael Sebbage.
There is a different speaker or special guest each week. The meeting plan for January to July 2020 may be found HERE.
Can I come?
Membership is open to all enjoying the later years of life - it is not exclusively for members of the Salvation Army. We wont even ask you for proof of age. There is a modest membership fee.
